“Starting from” means the price covers the plan as described. Extra pages, features, revisions or deliverables beyond the plan may cost more, and we will always confirm any additional cost with you in writing before doing the work. Pay-per-click (PPC) plan prices do not include advertising spend, which you pay directly to the advertising platform. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been paid.

3. Delivery of Services

  • All plan services are delivered digitally via the internet (for example by email, shared link or directly on your website or accounts).
  • Most plan deliverables are completed within 1 to 7 business days after we receive payment and all information, content and access we need from you. Timelines may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the project, or as agreed in your order or proposal.
  • Delays caused by waiting on your content, feedback, approvals or account access extend the delivery time accordingly.

4. Orders and Payment

Work begins once your order is confirmed and payment has been received, unless a different payment schedule is agreed in writing. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, content, images and access needed to complete the work.
  • Make sure you have the rights to any materials (text, images, logos) you give us to use.
  • Review and respond to drafts and requests in a reasonable time.
  • Keep any login details, passwords or account access we share with you, or you share with us, confidential.

6. Revisions and Approvals

Each plan includes reasonable revisions within the described scope. Requests that change the agreed scope, or that come after final approval, may be quoted as additional work. Approval of a final deliverable (in writing or by publishing it) confirms the work is complete.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Once your order is paid in full, you own the final approved deliverables created specifically for you (such as your final logo files or website design), except for third-party items such as fonts, stock images, plugins, themes or software, which remain subject to their own licenses. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and code, belongs to New Service Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. No Guarantee of Specific Results

We work hard to deliver quality work, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or advertising returns, because these depend on factors outside our control, including search engines, advertising platforms, competition and market conditions.

10. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to use this website in any unlawful way, submit false or harmful information through our forms, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, introduce malware, or copy or scrape content without permission.
